Complaint Review: Beachbody

Beachbody charged my credit card for vitamins not ordered with no info for cancelling Grove City Ohio

After ordering exercise DVD's and agreeing to try ONE month's supply of their vitamins, with no obligation, Beachbody began shipping the vitamins to my home on a monthly basis with no forwarding address or return labels to return their product. They continued to charge my credit card, again with no contact information for cancelling.

Today, there was a website listed with their charge on my credit card. I contacted them via their website only to be told their system was down and I would have to try again at a later time. I fully intend to follow through and have spoken to an attorney.

I'm sure I am not the only victim in this scam. I actually found your site when searching their website and found other such testimonials. I have several unopened boxes of this unwanted product. I hope others perservere and put a stop to their flagrant misuse of the consumer's credit card information.

Hi Kimberly,

My name is Pierre and I urge you to contact me asap so we can get this cleared up.

When you agree to the vitamins trial we explain to you that if you do not cancel within the 30 day trial period you are automatically enrolled to the program.

It looks like you were not explained this and I am deeply sorry this has affected you and your bank account.

Please email me asap @ messageboards@beachbody.com and I will straighten this out for you immediately.

Thank you for your patience,

Pierre
