The order process for Hip Hop Abs on the Beachbody website is a joke in itself. I was unable to delete or add items before confirming my order. Usually there is an add/subtract items option, and Beachbody did not provide this option. Items that I DID NOT WANT were added to my order and I had no way of contesting it and refusing the charges or refuse that it be shipped to my home. After an hour or so of complaining, I got the "return" policy straightened out. When I receive the unwanted product, I am to return it within 30 days with the return confirmation number that was provided to me, and when they receive the product back, I will get my credit.

They did initially credit me the shipping charges on the product I did not want, which I took as a good sign and was happy my problems were resolved. But not long after, I was being charged monthly for the products. Products I returned and never even wanted to begin with! I made more calls and I was given another confirmation number and they told me my credit will be initiated within 24 hours and that it may take 3-5 days to post to my account because of the time it could take for my bank to process the credit. I just hope that I actually get this full credit. If I don't see anything within the following week, you better believe I will be back on here writing another complaint!

I tried to file a report on the Better Business Bureau website, but that website asks for the contact information of the company for which you are filing a complaint for. But Beachbody does not give an address or any other type of information that would let me continue the complaint process. Aren't all websites required to have contact information? The only contact information the website provides is the number to call to order more products!!
