BeachBody.com Impossible to Cancel Autodebit Internet

 I ordered some DVDs and throughout the process, they continued to ask if I wanted to subscribe to the vitamins.  I said "No" a hundred times but I still received the vitamins with the DVDs.  The next month I received another bottle and they charged me 39.95.  I tried cancelling on the phone-a real joke.  It is all automatic. They claim they will send an email within 24 hours verifying your request to cancel.  If they don't do that they will contact you by phone within 24 hours.  I received neither so I called again.  This time they gave me a customer care number (funny they call this customer care as it is anything but).  They said it would be 11 minutes.  I waited 30 minutes the first time and 45 minutes the second time.  I got fed up and called my credit card company and it took 2 minutes to stop the charges.  I should have done that at first.  I would have saved me 2 months of charges from Beachbody.com.  I would recommend that no go thru this company to order their DVDs.  I would go thru Amazon or some other reputable company.
