Beachbody.com Product Partners LLC Processing an order that was never submitted. Los Angeles Area California Internet
I wanted to order the product online and clicked the peak performance upgrade option, the total for the first installment was populated on the screen. I decided this was too expensive at this time and tried to back out of the site. I was unable to do that so I closed the site. It didn't even occur to me that my card would be charged as I never officially submitted my order or even went to the checkout tab on the site, I then received an email stating my order was being processed. I immediately called customer service (3 times on Friday, 5.08.09). I first spoke to a woman who said they were having "technical difficulties" and to call back in 3 hours. I immediately called back and spoke to a man who stated that my order was not yet in the system. I explained to him that I had not authorized any charges as I had not even been to the checkout screen. He then assured me that he would note that my order was to be canceled and my information would be on hold until I called to order the product. Today (5.12.09), I checked my bank balance and discovered that my card was charged. I again, immediately called customer service and "Raymond" said that I had submitted the order and it had already been sent to shipping. I asked him about the note that was supposed to have insured that my "order" would not be processed. He then put me on hold and when he came back said that there was no such information in their database.

I just wanted to thank you to Debra for contacting me in regard to the poor service I had received. I am once again excited to use the products. Again, Debra, thank you.
