I went to the Beachbody website to find out what programs they offer. I started to order the Six Week Body Makeover but stopped short of confirming the order. I decided to investigate the company to make sure it was legitimate before ordering anything. I found numerous complaints about Beachbody sending people orders and debiting their accounts without permission. Later that day when I checked my email I had one from Beachbody confirming my order. I immediately emailed them and let them know that they did not have authorization to remove money from my account. I received another email saying they had already sent the order. I sent another email letting them know that it is illegal to take money out of my account without authorization. The next response said to talk to their customer service center. I have been left on hold for extended periods of time with no response.
