Beachbody Dvds do not work and they refuse to replace the defective ones Internet

 Purchased nearly all of the workout dvds ever made.  Beachbody dvds were the only ones I have ever experienced problems with, particularly the Shawn T dvds.  The dvds skip, pause, or just refuse to play.  Some were just thrown in the trash.  These dvds are brand new, no excuse for these problems.  But I accpet there will be some problems.  So I contact them expecting them to replace just the ones that I am having problems with.  Nope, they refuse to send me a replacement.  So as a result I am going to make sure to let everyone know to stay away from ANY Beachbody products.  You would think after all these years they would get it right.  But I guess as long as someone is buying from them, they could care less.

We stand behind all our workouts that are authentic and purchased directly from us at www.beachbody.com or by calling our Beachbody customer service. The only DVD's we do not replace are DVD's that customers purchase through third parties that we cannot verify were ordered from us originally.
