Beachbody Won't replace faulty DVD's, or return emails Santa Monica California

Beachbody are a terrible company to deal with!!! I ordered a set of the Insanity DVDs and had problems with 2 of the discs not working properly, no sound skipping etc. I noticed this after the 60 day period they give to return them free of charge. This meant that when I complained to them they told me I had to pay a $9 delivery fee to replace them. I found this a little annoying as the discs that were faulty were ones you use towards the end of the progam. So if you were to find that out, you needed to start the program virtually as it hit your doorstep as it is a 60 day program. Anyhow rules ar rules and I paid the $9 to have them replaced.

I recieved 2 replacement discs, however only one of them were correct. When I email back the consultant I was dealing with I recieve no response. I wrote again, nothing. Was getting very annoyed.

I then found the details of a Curtis who worked in Beachbody Customer Service Team,  He had given them out over this website to another disatisfied customer of theirs. He at first was quick to respond. I thought this is great. I was mistaken! He asked me to provide some details and he would have the problem sorted. I provided the details as asked. Then nothing. I emailed again, still no response. One more email after that till he finally got back to me and casually said to me that he could not find any history of my order, so nothing would be done.

After responding to Curtis a few more times I recieved an email stating that there is not much else that can be done except to possibly try to match the credit card used to make the purchase. This inspired me to go to my bank and pull my Credit Card details from around the time of the purchase. I found the transaction it was payed by my Paypal Account. I got all of my details from the purchase from my account and sent this original conformation to Curtis as proof. Of course in true Beachbody fasion he never responded to this email straight away, it took another email but I was promised from him the that disc would be sent within 7-10 working days. They never arrived!!!! So I write to Curtis once more, ofcourse no response! Then to be fair I sent one mor email asking why product was not delivered...Nothing!!! 

I just dont understand why they could so easily replace them when I paid the $9, but then when they were the ones who sent the wrong item, only then did I have to start trying to prove the original purchase???

This company is so annoying and hard to deal with! They are just not worth it!!!

I did try to get this matter sorted involving a third party, however I am in Australia and even though they trade under a an Australian web address they are not listed as an Australian company so our Consumer Affairs were unable to help me.

I have heard of a place or company that you can provide feedback to about customer about customer service in the USA and it gives businesses a rating or something like that. I read about it somewhere in amongst all my research about this issue. If anyone has any details I would be very very interested.
