I ordered several items on May 15, 2009. I received an email confirming the order. I was supicous because there was no phone number or any additional information.

I checked my credit card and there was a charge for the items I purchased.
After several attempts to contact them by email they have not replyed.
I purchase items off the Internet all the time and I have never had anything lilke this happen.

This company needs to close if they can't provide better customer service.
I mean how hard is it to have someone reply to your email?
I decided to google the company and I was shocked when I read that this company is a rip off.

Today is May 28 and I still have not received a tracking number or any communication from them.
I am planning on calling the BBB if I don't receive my order in the next few days.
Companies like this one is why people like myself feel they can't trust the Internet for ordering merchandise.
I work hard for my money and I refuse to let a sorry company scam me out of it!
I will do something about it.
