A number of this company's victims have connected through social media, and we had NO relationship with the former employee.  They are using her as a scapegoat. We are all so grateful that she has the courage to do the right thing and stand up to the vicious and vindictive Ms. Masiello-Helt.

Many (if not all) of this company's claims are bogus, and we have a number of agencies looking into their false (and probably illegal) advertising.

They prey on the vulnerabilities of their clients, and each of us has lost thousands of dollars -- with NO results.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

First of all I am not a disgruntled ex employee. I am just the whistleblower on this. Secondly, Yes I do have a past from 13 years ago but God has forgiven me and I have moved on. I don't see what that has to do with this at all. Just like her DUI conviction has nothing to do with this story. There was no false information given to the news. Carl Monday is a Emmy award winning Investigative Reporter. I was contacted by other unsatisfied clients that have left messages on here to be part of this and I am. I am trying to get justice and closure for the victims of this "business" and warn other people to not fall for this. Carl Monday doesn't just put a story out just on hearsay. He DOES HIS HOMEWORK and RESEARCH very thoroughly before putting a story on the air. And I am not the ONLY person that was contacted for this. Yes. This story WILL air on the news Channel 19 on November 23, 2011 on a Carl Monday Investigation at 11 PM. He has DONE his research and homework on this story and the TRUTH will come out about this scamming business. I am sure after it airs, more people will see it and come out also. They have interviewed many unsatisfied clients so it's NOT just me and my opinion and what I know to be true. I was told to "add hairs" to pics of people who were not growing anything. And FDA clearance is that the laser machine is proven to not harm anyone NOT that it is effective for hair growth. Before you waste money on this "Business" do YOUR homework on it. You will find a LOT of complaints and a LOT of inconsistencies in the things this business says and claims.

Recently, a former employee of our clinic, who was discharged in October of this year for unprofessional behavior, has been maligning our reputation and working hard to discredit our products and services. I am disturbed by this behavior and we have taken appropriate steps with the police to protect our staff and our customers from this convicted prostitute. (Yes, really!) A police report has been filed (Beachwood Police report #1137030) and the ex-employee has been reprimanded by the Beachwood Police. The ex-employee has been filing multiple fictitious accounts in Ripoff Reports, Google, etc.even going so far as to supply a local TV news reporter with false information about what we do.

As an ex employee of this so called "business" Tiffany Masiello-Helt is the most UNprofessional and HORRIBLE person I have EVER worked for in my life. She tried to withhold my paycheck but didn't get away with it thanks to the Labor Relations and Wages Board. File a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office also. This place needs to be OUT of business.
