This company has messed up my credit and I never even went to an appointment!
I went to the free consultation and I was on the fence about receiving treatments. I told Tiffany I had to go home to talk to my fiance and I would call back. She was very persistant and followed me into the hallway to ask me to sign the papers. I signed them to get her off my back (silly me). I thought that if I didn't show up then nothing could be done. Was I wrong! I received a bill the next two weeks so I called them to cancel. They told me they had nothing to do with it to call the finace company, I called them and they said they already paid Beachwood Clinic and I had to get the money back from them ( How do you do that?) I have document of cancelling that I faxed in, I even have a letter from their lawyer,Orville E. Stifel, II stating that they do not have a record of me but yet I still have this on my credit report which was PERFECT and not A MESS for a service I never recieved. The procedure was suppose to be for a year I have documents of cancelling weeks later so how am I responsible for a years worth of service when I cancelled 2 weeks later????
This company should be closed down!!!

This "Business" has a F rating from the Better Business Bureau. If you google Tiffany Masiello-Helt you will see that she has a LOT of rip off reports and fraud alerts. I am a ex employee. I was terminated after stating my opinion that this does NOT work. SO many people have fallen for this SCAM. Tiffany is a HORRIBLE person and takes ADVANTAGE of hairless people. She also withheld my last paycheck after saying I was responsible for the kit used to do the procedure. It was a defective kit and she is too cheap to buy spare ones. She talks about clients behind their backs and is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. She has NO licenses or certifications other than a COSMETOLOGIST and hair dresser. I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney Generals office and with the National Laborers Relations Board. So many people have had this same thing happen with their credit from this HORRIBLE "BUSINESS". BEWARE!! AND STAY AWAY from this woman who preys on people.
