Complaint Review: beacon plumbing

The owner of the company is completely unprofessional and they will gouge you for prices that are not even comparable to others in town.

They won't hold up to any guarantee of work.

I called from out of town to set up work.  Twice they didn't show up because of some excuse but still tried to bill me.  They finally did work that didn't accomplish the task and then tried to tell me that it would cost $2000 to fix.

I called more experienced firm in Seattle and they fixed the issue for $100.

Don't hire Beacon Plumbing... If your freakin' don't call Beacon, call someone else.
