Complaint Review: Beacon Tire

Beacon Tire I took my car to Beacon tire to have my front-end allignmment done because, my son had just put new shocks and struts on my car. My son said it was a good idea to have my front end alligned, and I told them this. After they took my car back in the shop the mechanic and salesmen informed me I needed new struts.  Russellville Arkansas

 My son put new shocks and struts on my car and he told me it was a good idea to have my car's front-end allignmment done. So I took my car to Beacon Tire, and informed them why I wanted a allignmment. The mechanic took my car to the shop area and in a few mins. came back with the salesman and informed me I needed new struts. I told them that the struts were new, so supposedly the allignmment was done? Before, I was informed that the allignmment would take about 45mins. Less than 20mins it was done. I wonder if it was even done at all? I'm very upset! I am a 57yr old woman and they were trying to take advantage of me!
