February 14, 2016 I placed an order on-line with Beads and Charms. I immediately received an order confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The items I ordered were in-stock and the company says “in-stock items are shipped within 4 business days”.

 On or about February 25, 2016 when I had not received my items and noticed the company had never updated the status from “payment received”, and realized I could no longer access my account with them I e-mailed through their website, I emailed to debbie@beadsandcharms.com, and I called their phone number listed on BBB website, and contacted them through PayPal to inquire of my order status. 

The response I received through PayPal on 2/26/2016 20:39 PST - Dear Robin, I am not sure why you can't get into your account. I will check the login info as well on the status asap! 

They refused to contact me after that and I had to file a dispute through PayPal. 

They finally refunded my money on February 29, 2016 after numerous attempts to get an answer from them.  I finally said I was reporting them to the Attorney General and suddenly my order was canceled and a refund was issued to PayPal.  I found this alternate phone number for them online where I also left messages (920) 412-4732.

 They falsely advertise on their website...”Company Policy… All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days.”
