Complaint Review: Bearcountry Vacations Incorporated

I am shocked that these people are in business. I have done everything they have asked me to do. I submitted payment in August of 2004, sent my paperwork with the dates and have yet to receive the first word back. I have tried to email them on several occassions asking for information or an update. I did receive a quick email back saying they would contact me. That was over a year ago. I am on board to do whatever we need to do to bring this company to justice. Hey here is an idea why don't they just get a phone to talk to people and stop hiding behind their "e-mail only" business.
