Bearcountry Vacations - Patricia Anderson ripoff Accepted payment in full, never sent to booking agency, now going bankrupt, this is fraud Los Angeles California
I sent payment in full, $1420.02 total to this woman, Patricia Anderson. She demanded this payment be sent in 48 hrs via UPS. My sister even talked to her by phone and was encouraged to send her payment.
She accepted our payments,sent on Nov 29th, cashed them on Dec. 6th and said she didn't declare bankruptcy until Dec. 12th. What did she do with our money? Why did she accept payments if she was declaring bankruptcy?
This needs to be brought to the attention of the FBI in California. It is fraudulent to accept payments if you know you are going to declare bankruptcy. Also, she didn't notify me that she was declaring bankruptcy until I sent her an email asking when I should expect my tickets.
