Patricia Anderson took my money! We had this trip planned and paid for and when we did not receive our tickets, we contacted her and she said that they had mixed up last names for our account and therefore our dates were switched. We received no tickets, no documents, not even a response email telling us that it was being fixed and when to expect our tickets.
