Bearcountry Vacations ripoff theft through art of travel aka liquidpicasso on ebay promised refund Chilliwack British Columbia
I won an auction on ebay from artoftravel now changed to liquidpicasso for 4 people to cancun from portland maine they had a very good rating, patricia said it was scheduled for feb 2006, I paid over $3,750 some through paypal and some through bank check but the majority western union. I have been refunded $415 from ebay seller so far but am still owed a lot of money over $3,300, i do not make a lot of money. I contacted police in lewiston maine, maine attorney general, and police in brownwood texas where the ebay seller who promised a complete refund is located. How can I get this back???? please help me!!!
