i had a contract to plow three lots for them in the 2008-2009 season. the payment terms were 10 days. i never got paid within 10 days. i chose to terminate contract when invoices were over 30 days. now they are claiming that i never did any work and they lost their contracts with the customers. They will not pay me the $6060.00 they owe me. do not work for them or let them do work for you.
