Complaint Review: Beau derm/Revitaleye

I ordered what i thought was 4 day free trial of cream. I was only charged for shipping and handeling, of $4.95 and $5.95.  A few days later i got 2 unmarked packages in the mail. Niether package came with any paperwork . No directions, no ingedients listed on product.

I never used either product as they had no instructions.. today  i was charged $89.95 and $85.95 on my credit card.  i immediately  searched the web for a customer service number.

I spoke to a person  from BEAU DERM  first her name was Lougie Joyee ID #*******. she offered me after several putting me on hold  deals. she offered 15% then 30% and 50% credited back to my account. I demanded a full refund. 

I was finally  given a RMA# to send the product back too, and was told i would be refunded full amount within five days after they received  the return product.

I was told that the revitaleye had to be handeled seperatly, but they would give me the phone number. Same process same offer but demanded a full refund. They agreed to a full refund 5 days after receiving  my returned product.

Ironically, both companies deny being affiliated  with one another , but the address I am returning to is exact same. I will be making copies of everything and getting it notorized.
