I bought a 14 day trial of beau derm and revitaneye on the internet. There was no price listed on the screen, there was an overlay of it so you could not read the details well. Thirty days later I received a bill for 90.00 from both companies. I called and disputed the charge with the company and they said they would give me 15% back.

I told them that was not acceptable and I wanted their busisness licnese number. I called beau derm and revitaneye over 6 times trying to get a business license number so I could file a complaint and no one wopuld give it to me. During tt my first conversationw ith them I cancelled my account.

I could not beleive it when 30 days passed and they sent me more proidct and another bill. You know their is something wrong with a company when you dail the customer service line and the first thing that is said is if you want to cancell please press #1.

Please help shut this company down and get the consumers money back.
