 This company has unfair, not customer friendly, terrible customer service and poor moral, ethical business practices. I signed up online to receive a free trial sample of Derma skin aging product. What I did not expect is that if you do not contact them they automatically send you overpriced for the quality and size product, but charge your credit card at least $86.00 to $89.00 for a small amount of probably terrible product. I received the “free” sample in the mail but did not open it or use it in any way. Then I got more product in the mail and noticed that they charged my credit card $89.00 and $86.00. I was not satisfied so I called the company to stop sending me product and to ask for a full refund, if I sent them back all three unopened, unused product. I spoke with three individuals, who had very heavy foreign accents and all three just quoted their unfair, not customer friendly, unsatisfactory, not moral, unethical policies of , %30 or %50 refund if returned. I have studied Consumer Law and know that it is not fair or right for a person to pay for something that they are not using or need. If I return the merchandise unopened or unused then I expect a full refund, 0 with no questions or problems. They would have the product and could turn around and sell it for full price to someone else, right? This is not fair to the consumer that returned the unused product to them. Policies are made for the customers well being and satisfaction, to keep the consumer safe. Their policies are not customer friendly and not for our well being, for out satisfaction at all. We consumers pay for their food, clothing, housing. Why shouldn't customers come first and also rules that are for our benefit and satisfaction. They are not for the consumer with this company. All they care about is their financial gain and not their customers. If I do not have their product then I do not want to pay them for anything. This is fair and right. I do not think that this company should be allowed to practice business in the United States because of their unfair, unethical policies and business practices. I am not alone on this either. They have unfair return policies, poor customer service, lacking morals and ethics. They need to put their customers first in service and policies. They need to change their return policies immediately. I want all of my money back to spend on what I use and need. I work hard for my money and do not want it to go to this company. Customers have power if they are not satisfied to share with others about a companies bad business. Where would the company be without customers. Yes I want something done about this company. What most of the world and consumers want, fair, ethical, moral, satisfactory, safe business practices with great customer service. Read all of the Ripoff Reports against this company. There are many. They need to go out of business. Please help us consumers with this. I want 0 refund when I return unopened unused product to the them, with no problems. I want policies that if you get the free sample and do not want any more, do not contact them, that means you do not want any more. I want them to put customers first, listen to their consumers and apply the complaints and corrections. I want customer satisfaction to be important to them. I want good customer service from legal American citizens, that I can understand. I want fair prices for their products. Too high for the quality.

14 Day Policy Needs To Be Dropped

Beau Derma and Revita Eye's 14 day policy is what I am mainly unsatisfied with.  They need to drop this.  I tried talking with the Manager, a fellow who did not want to listen to me, hanging up on me several times.  All of the employees, two others, did not want to listen to me.  Try dealing with these individuals.
