Beau Derma Revita Eye ultimate con Santa Ana California
I ordered a free trial of Beau Derma and Revita Eye. I only had to pay for the shipping. Absolutely nothinjg was printed concerning time limits, membership or automatic future shipping. When I searched the internet to discover what the actual cost of the products might be, I discovered warnings from customers saying that I had, without my permission, been signed up for hefty membership fees and ongoing, automatic shipping. Each product was around $100 dollars.
I called the company and first was told that my 2 weeks had expired. What two weeks? Apparently, the 2 weeks began on the day I ordered the product, and I was 2 days past the two week deadline for returns. Also, they had already shipped my second order, and there would be no refunds for anything.
I was allowed to cancel any future orders, but I still had to pay for the fees and products they were shipping to me. Also, I had to call separate phone numbers to cancel each product, because even though the address was the same for both products, they operated separately.
This scam has to be illegal. Who is initiating a class action law suite against these people?

When I first called to complain and cancel on January 11, I was told it was too late because my 14 days were over. They said my new order had been sent already on January 10. No new order ever arrived, but my credit card had been charged on the twelfth. They said their policy was clearly stated on the website. It wasn't. They also said I wasn't getting a new shipment, that I now had to pay full price for the samples they had sent and that there wasn't anything I could do about it.
