Beauclerc Bay Apartments Mollie Owens Falsifying Documents Jacksonville Florida
we have lived at Beauclerc bay Apartments since 2010 weve had 4-5 different managers but Molie Owens became Property Manager almost 3 years ago. shes very rude nasty unprofesional lady. she slanders her tenants. theres a horriable Black Mold and BedBug Investation but my Fiance is the lease signer im never been on the lease and have never signed any paperwork in almost 7 years. well mollie Owens filed an Eviction falseifying the documrnts by adding in my name. so we go to the office with original documents and she types my name in the lease rite in front of us and prints it out when i have the original with out my name and my signature isnt on neither and my lease says my rents is $610 but she charges us $670 every month
