Beaudry sold us a 'new' RV. We called their attention to a 3" tear in the fiberglass side. They said it was beyond their capability to repair and we would have to go to California for repairs. The tear is now 21" long. We had three independent fiberglass repair shops tell us that this tear had been repaired before!

Deliberate concealment of the repair places Beaudry in a fraudulent position. Beaudry had to know of this, but never told us. They continue to give one alternative, that is to go to the factory in California, have the tear repaired and accept the rig.

We have made them aware, in writing, of our knowledge re the previous repair attempt and they will not respond.

We feel our contract with them is fraudulent and we want all of our expenses and monies returned, and the contract rescinded.

We have not taken the coach anywhere except to Tucson Beaudry. We have been waiting six months to end this nightmare.

We just posted our Rip-Off report on Beaudry Mesa.. but have been dealing with the Tucson location because its "corporate".

These lowlifes sold us a lemon unit for $44,872, and the thing has been out of service or in service at Beaudry for 5+ months of that time.

Now I have to pay storage fees and monthly payments to bank for something that I can not use.

I spoke with Linda Smith - Customer Service Manager at Beaudry Tucson.. and she made the bold statement of "Going Public is a Waste of your time", and their corporate attorney Mike Murphy made the statement of "Your Media Barrage will not change our decision"

Granted this company is 40+ years old, and they think they are invincable... remember what happened to McDonalds and the hot coffee incident... Beaudry is acting the same way.

We are also asking them to rescind their contract with us... but so far my efforts have been unsuccessful.

I made up a website, and in just over 1 month it has gotten more than 5,000 hits!!! :)

I also posted an ad on google using their "Google Ad-Words"...

This company thinks that I am just going to go away... NOT!!

You are now trying to RIP them OFF

So you have had this RV & drove it from TEXAS to TUCSON ARIZONA amd back according to your report. And now you want everything back that you have paid. Sounds like you are trying to RIP the Dealer OFF for a FREE RV RENTAL. You need to consult your SALE CONTRACT and any WARRANTY PAPERS that came with your unit when you purchased it. They will tell you what your RIGHTS are. They may well state that certain repairs have to be done by the MANUFACTUER. Dealerships are there to SELL equipment and do MINOR repairs. You may need a MAJOR REPAIR. And also didnt you see the GASH 3" or not before you drove it off the dealers lot. And now you say it is 21" long. Sounds like you have made it worse. So you also have some LIABILITY in this. QUIT TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING !!!!!
