Complaint Review: Beaute

I Ordered the free trial knowing that I had two weeks after receiving the product to cancel the "subscription" before I was charged the full price of $99. Turns out that it is really two weeks after placing the order. I was charged the $99 without the chance to try the product. When I called I was told that there are no refunds no matter what. While on the phone I made sure to cancel so that I wouldn't be charged again. I was given a cancelation number.

Well, sure enough, yesterday another charge was made to my card for $99. I just called again and was told that there was no record of the first call that I made even though I gave them the date that I called, the fake name of the person who I spoke with AND the cancelation confirmation number. "I'm sorry ma'am, there is no record of your call and that confirmation number is not legitimate". When I asked if I can return the tiny tube of product when it arrives and get a refund, I was told once again that there are no refunds given what so ever. I was given another cancelation confirmation number today. I will be calling my bank on Monday to try and dispute the charges and block them from charging me another $99 next month w/out my permission.

Don't order this! It doesn't work anyway.
