Upon contacting company, free trial starts the moment you order. If you know it takes at least 4 days to arrive that is when trial should start. Other companies do business with state exactly when the believe package has arrived and how many days until I must respond.
Debit Card charged $99.95 without my permission and company does not refund any money. Agent states it is all in the disclosure on order form. I don't know where it was because I didn't see it. My Bank is dispute the charges as fraud.
