Complaint Review: beaute wrinkle reducer

I ordered the sample for $3.95 and 2.95. Two weeks later I have a debit of $99.95 from my account. It was under another name and I thought someone had hacked my account. I called the bank and had my card replaced. The bank gave me a number to call to see if they would do anything about it. When I look back on it now I should have found it strange the bank had the number. I called the number and they told me that when I ordered the samples the deal had expired so I was charged 99.95. I said I had paid $6.95 for the sample only. So I got .05 sample for $106.90. If you order the sample it is too late. They have already charged your account. He said I was sent an email telling me this would happen. No they did not. this company is owned by Joanna Gaines of fixer upper. I wonder if she knows what her company is doing.
