Complaint Review: Beaute Wrinkle Reducer

I sent for the trial wrinkle reducer and was charged for shipping only but understood there would be no committment afterwards.  I am on a fixed income and would never pay 99.95 for make-up.  Facebook did not show anything but trial shipment and no committment.  To my surprise I was charged 99.95 in my bankaccount.  I contacted the company and all I kept getting was a person saying they would discount me if I would continue the product I told them NO I did not want anymore shipments, they said they could not refund my money and I told them to close this account.  I used the product for a few days and it left little bumps on my face.  I have notified my bank about this transaction and they are investigating this for me.  I would rather have wrinkles than to have bumps on my face, I look like I have acne.  Also I thought trial was just that trial not committentl
