Complaint Review: Beauty Box Five

this is a make up subscription box company that has ripped off 100's of their customers! Trouble started with the July 2017 box. It was a month late without any notice to let customer know except a fb post! That most of us had to go looking for! Then August box never arrived! The company then tried playing victim to the hurricane ( except that they are in Austin, TX ) . I sent numerous emails canceling my subscription so they wouldnt steal my money for the September box. (Which they also took!) Since they have my card on file & take automatic payments out each month. Some of their victims have paid the whole year up front & are out $100's Never received any replies & the phone has had a busy signal for months.
