Complaint Review: Beauty

I completed an online survey promising free gifts. The only cost for the free gifts was shipping charges.  Of the several gifts listed, only skin care products were still available.  I was confused why a charge for $94.95 appeared on my credit card account.  Conversations with Derm Essence Healthy Skin resulted in a 30% then a 50% discount. Much debate resulted in a message on my answering service that the contract was void and the charge would be removed from my account, which it was. 

But, then a charge for $93.89 appeared on my account.  After much arguing with Beauty Natural Beauty Skin Cream I was not allowed to speak with a supercisor and was hung up on twice.  Negotiations with a three-way converation between the credit card company and Beauty availed nothing.  Discover credit card company refuses to recognize this as a scam.  

These two divisions of PUR cosmetics are asserting that I had two contracts with them even though they are the same company with the same address and my initial connection with them was one online survey result.

To add to the scam process, they have never invoiced me for the one product that I sent back, nor posted a receipt or bill for any product. The only indication that they were billing me was a charge on my credit card.
