 I am trying to get reimbursed for a $98.83 charge made to my SSI benefits credit card without my authorization. I have contacted the company and spoken with a 'supervisor', but was told he could not assist me because it was a prepaid card. I explained that this was my SSI card, but he still said he could not assist me. He was not rude, just not willing to help. This transaction has greatly compromised my finances since this is my only source of support. I have sought assistance with the credit card company and they are working to fix this situation, but told me it is a lengthy process. I also have registered a complaint with the BBB about this incident and hope something is done about companies charging credit cards like this. You ask if 'I' used a credit card for this transaction, but 'I' didn't, but the charges were made to my credit card. Please help me get back the funds charged to my account. Thank you.
