On May 20th, 2017 while using Face Book, an ad come thru the news feed about a new skincare product by Dior. Having worked in the skincare field this caught my attention. At the end of the ad there was a limited time offer to try a sample of each product for a very very low price ($3.95 & 5.95 plus .99 shipping). I was always interested in testing new products so I decided to try them. A few weeks later I received my products but nothing on the package even mentioned Dior. At that moment I was a bit skeptical. I was later charged $3.95 from "PRC Beautystays", $5.95 from BP Enticing eye care and .99 for shipping. On July 15th I received a full size jar of moisturizer from Beauty Impressions.

Today July 22nd I received a full size tube of eyecream from Beauty Impressions. Neither time did I receive a receipt just a packing slip with their name and PO Box and barely visible phone number. The first thing I did was look up my credit card statement. I was devastated to find 4 unauthorized charges that totaled $407.24! . 6/20 PRC BEAUTYSTAYS $97.83 . 6/20 BP ENTICINGHEALTH $105.79 . 7/17 PRC BEAUTYSTAYS $97.83 . 7/18 BP ENTICINGHEALTH. $105.79

These were 100% unauthorized charges to my credit card account. I then called the "company". The recording asks for my phone number. When I type it in I'm told not found! I found another number and was able to reach a person. He first wanted my information. He could not locate my name, address, phone number or even my email address. BUT he could find my credit card number!!! When I told him about these charges he tells me that I has subscribed to a monthly replacement! I told him I absolutely did no such thing! I told him I am on Social Security Disability and have barely enough money to pay for my medications. He then offered me a 50% discount. I refused and told him I wanted the company to credit ALL of the money that they had unlawfully charged to my credit card! I told him I had not opened any of their products and they could have them back. He then offered me 75%! I repeated myself and told him I could not afford any amount at this time in my life because of my health. After 20 minutes of demanding and pleading, he claims he had refunded 75% of my money and his manager would have to refund the remainder. I highly doubt that I will see any of my money from this Scamming Company.
