Beauty Impressions, Skin Elements Unadvertised 14 day trial not clearly stated on 'free trial' Pacoima California
I ordered a 'free trial' and watched the website process before submitting my order to ensure I wasn't getting something I would have to cancel ie: a membership with auto-shipments. Not even 2 weeks after receiving the product, I've now been charged 97.xx dollars for my membership. When calling them to get this reversed the man insisted the website clearly stated that this was a 14 day trial membership, etc. Now I have to return the free (not) products and wait for them to refund my money, except of course for a restocking fee. Complete rip-off, fraudulent advertising, and totally unsatisfactory.
