They advertise a free trial and never mention that it is a trial period and the product must be sent back within 14 days or you will be charged full price. $200 dollars later I am not happy. I was charged almost $192.50 The ad does not state this, emails from the company never state this, nor does any paper work in the package when it arrives. I double checked everything before I ordered. I demanded a refund and was first offered 30% but when I pressed and began reading other online customer complaints and reviews, I was then offered 50% refund within 7-10 days. Hopefully, I will receive the refund. I asked to speak with the immediate supervisor and was told they are not permitted to speak with the public. I was able to get the name and ID# of the representative I spoke with if this information is needed in the future. I am so disgusted.
