This company advertises and sells its products online. In their contact information they list a physical address in Toronto, Canada, as their corporate headquarters (not a physical store). They have a legitimate-looking online page for a store that offers a variety of beauty products.

I have ordered products from them online. Initially, I received an order confirmation email and later a notification that the order has shipped. However, there was no tracking information provided in that notification. Two months later, I still have not received anything.  

Any attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. They list a number of ways to get in touch with them: email, phone number, physical address, online chat option. I have sent three emails, and received no response. Every attempt to use their online chat option results in a message, "Sorry, something went wrong, try again later". There is no response at the listed phone number.
