this was my first time ordering cosmetics on line, and i did it through Beauty Rose from NY. as they had my product and the price was right. i paid through paypal and have not heard from them other than the initial order number.the 60.00 was taken from my bank account, but no product. i have called and emailed them but not getting a response either way. now i am unable to buy the product elsewhere due to lack of money. without a refund or the product i am out of luck it seems. business' should not be allowed to get away with this
