Beauty Rose Cosmetics This company is notorious for sending out the wrong items & make it very difficult to do a return. They are a rip-off on the Ultima II cosmetic line saying they have to get it overseas. I used to pay $24.50 for a small jar of makeup that is now $92.50 & $62.50 for a lotion that used to be $32.50. I have to say that I am very disappointed with Beauty Rose Cosmetics. I have been doing business with them for over 30 years and now it seems like they are trying to rip people off and they could care less if they send the wrong items... The last few times I have ordered, I have received wrong items or have not received the entire order which I have been charged for... They have also eliminated their phone numbers from EVERYTHING so today when I got my order and it was WRONG, I tried by email to contact them and they will not respond. I have writtem to them before about the outrageous prices they have now priced on the ultima II line and they sent back a one line response with no contact information and certainly no phone number. I have called information to try to get a number and there is not one listed. Now, not only do I have to send back the wrong items I received at my expense, I have to try to get what I ordered in the first place which I have been charged an exhorbatant price for on my credit card... Very dissatified with their new business policies and the errors in shipment that have happened the last few times I have tried to order from them... I will definitely be looking for my make up elsewhere... I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone I cared about... I wouldn't suggest ordering from them unless you were just looking for something to get frustrated about because they will definitely frustrate you...
