Complaint Review: beauty wrinkle cream

Was supposed to be a "free" trial of wrinkle cream for $5.00 shipping charge. I looked very carefully to make sure they weren't signing me up for a subscription. I unchecked the box for an $89.95 a month charge. Some where hidden on the next page was another $99.95 a month charge i never saw.

The initial $5.00 charge was on jan 8th. Then the monthly charges started on Jan 24th. By the time I noticed it on the statement it was Feb 24th. I called them and they supposedly cancelled mt account. I spoke to Heather she didn't tell me that the same day they were charging another 99.95.

The product is sent exactly 2 days before the next monthly charge is to appear.So buy the time you recieve it theyr'e charging for the next month. So this way they get you for 2 months before you have a chance to notice. Charged on Jan 24th shipped on Feb 22nd.

I've recieved 1 x-small sample on Jan 11th and one larger tube on Feb 24th. The one charged for on Feb 24th I'm sure won't show up until Mar 24th.

I have called now 3 times.my 1st call was on Feb 24th spoke to  Heather who did me a big favor [ ha ha] and sent a request to have me credited $50.00 back on my card. Never happened. On Mar 1st I called and spoke to Billie who offered me the same $50.00 credit on my 2nd 99.95 charge. I was told both times it would take 5-10 business days. After a full 10 business days I made my  3rd call , talked to Billie again who said she would have to send the credit request again and the 5-10 day period would have to start over again.

The $50.00 credit is just a lie they tell people to get them to hang up. Both women assured me my account was cancelled. I'm not taking any chances my card will be cancelled before the 24th of March.

I never recieved any email from thiese people at any time.
