Complaint Review: Beauty Wrinkle Cream

This company advertised two beauty creams as full-sized samples for only the cost of S&H ($4.95) which sounded great. I read the fine-print then proceeded to order both creams.  They arrived in the mail and I thought that was the end of it until my credit card was charged 2 weeks later $99.95 for one of the creams and $89.95 for the other! I called about it and was told the samples had to be returned in 15 days to avoid these charges and I was now a part of a monthly program where I'd get these products each month as well as be charged this exhorbitant amount for each! I said no way. I don't want to pay that one time much less monthly.  They said I was already on the hook for the first charges but could cancel for future shipments. I said not good enough, I want to be fully refunded.  The customer service representative said the information about this was in their emails to me.  I went back and checked.  It was not.  Their emails are in fact so vague, had I not received the actual product, I'd have thought it a scam to begin with.  It truly is a scam that they start charging your card without permission and plan to do so monthly.  I told them I am sending back the products and expect a full refund.  The lady provided a very complicated method of return which includes tracking numbers and phone calls from me to the company to ensure it was received.  It is ridiculous, but I will not give up.  I'll jump through all of their hoops to get my money back.  I have also disputed the charges with my bank and hopefully they will see what a dishonest business we are dealing with.  I hope this review saves someone else a lot of money and time.  The two creams are called "Beauty Wrinkle Cream" and "Beauty Wrinkle Reducer".  You cannot find a website for them, nor any additional information other than based on the return address they operate out of a warehouse in St. George, UT and are neighbors with other businesses that are under review by the BBB.
