After looking at my Credit card statement I noticed a charge on there for some cream that i had ordered, and yes i had received a couple of tubes over the last couple of months. I decided since i first used the cream and it was not any good that i would go ahead and cancel my subscription. So i call the number on my credit card statement. He told me yes they took the money but had nothing to do with cancelling my subscription and gave me another number. I called the other number, they could not find my account, by name or address or credit card number told me to call back later. So i called the number on the box from Edison,Nj. smae thing could not find my account call back later. How can someone (manufacturer supposedly) not have a record of were there products go. Now i have my credit card people disputing the charges....
