Complaint Review: Beautycenter

beautycenter.fr has had me believing for weeks that I would receive my order of infant milk. It's a special formula milk that stops my son from bringing back his guts. Without it, my baby suffers and risks choking at any moment.

On the 29/09/05 I ordered 4 boxes and paid a supplement for an express delivery (6-10 days). When the milk did not arrive, I contacted beautycenter several times and was told tales each time that the milk was to be sent soon. 2 and 1/2 week later, following numerous emails with no responses and expensive phone calls to beautycenter there is still no trace of the milk. I haven't got the heart to ask for a refund as I am still hoping that one day It will turn up.

beautycenter.fr are inconsiderate liars who for a handful of euros will not hesitate to torture a 4 months old little boy. I somewhat hope that, they will too, choke on the 109.00 they took from me.
