BeautyChoice.com Bad customer service, no response to phone calls/emails, order not recieved after a month but credit card charged Internet

I ordered a Ti Creative Purple Chrome Hair Styling Iron from BeautyChoice.com on May 11th, 2012. It is now May 29th, 2012, and I have not yet received my order. I have called their customer service number during their normal business hours and have received an automated message saying to leave my information and someone will get back to me the same day. I have left several messages with my contact information and order number, and no one has responded to me.

I have also sent emails to the email address listed on their website and have had no response. They charged my card the $79.95 the same day I ordered the product. When I use the "Track My Order" link on their website, my order says "processing."

If I do not hear back from them  by the end of this week, I am going to dispute this charge with my bank and attempt to get my money back.
