I ordered 6 identical items from Beautyrose.com on 4/13/09 for a total of $90. The company shipped me 3 of the items immediately, but the shipping order indicated that they shipped all 6. I sent them an email on 4/23 indicating that the order was short shipped. Beautyrose responded that the rest of the order would ship the next week. No order arrived, no contact by the company. On 5/17 I again emailed Beautyrose and asked when the items would be shipped. On 5/18 I received the answer that they would ship in a week. Again nothing was received by me and no contact by the company. On 6/1, I again wrote the company suggesting that we should consider a refund if the product couldn't be shipped. Beautyrose never responded.

The company clearly doesn't view completing the order as being very important. They have very poor customer service and take a long time to get back to you. They also have no phone number, so you can't reach them directly, only by email, which puts them in control.

You are taking your chances in dealing with this company, my experience was bad, and I was robbed of $45. I intend to place a complaint with the New York Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General, which is where Beautyrose.com is located.
