Complaint Review: Beaver Floor

On October 12, 2003, I placed a phone order with Beaver Floor for hard wood flooring and trim moulding totalling $1151.66. On November 14, 2003 Beaver Floor FAXed me a copy of the order and a form to authorize money transfer from my bank.

I completed the money transfer form, in good faith, and FAXed it back to Beaver Floor on November 15, 2003. I was told that the order would take 30 days to deliver. I called Beaver Floor on the following dates and received the same answer each time -- "Your order is shipping next week." 12/18/03, 12/22/03, 12/28/03, 01/13/04, 01/08/04, 01/15/04, 01/22/04, 01/29/04 and 02/05/04.

On February 6, 2003, I called Fishman & Co., Beaver Floor's Escrot Agent. I spoke with Tracy. She informed me that there were over 100 people on Beaver Floor's refund list. She asked me if I would like to be added. I told her to add me to the list - at which time she informed me that I was number 113. That same day I called Beaver Floor and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. To this date, 06/03/04, I have not seen or heard from Beaver Floor.

Each phone call I made to Beaver Floor that was answered by DJ was an experience in itself. DJ is a nasty person and hung up on me several times. On the dates I listed above Beaver Floor incurred more than one phone call from me for this very reason.

Beaver Floor needs to be liquidated and all of their outstanding debts need to be paid. The Martins should also be personally liable for all the debts.
