Neil has not kept promise. my wife calls him almost everyday he keeps saying something or the other. we have been waiting for the wood flooring almost 11 months. Placed an order in May 2003. Now it is March 2004. Still hoping for my goods. This crook has not kept his promise. It looks like I need to file a complaint with the GA attorney general's office. After searching the web I realized how many people were affected by this crook. Any idea how I can file a complaint and where. This is a big mess.
