In July of 2001, I lead our youth ministry organization victim, unknowlingly, to Neal Martin and Beaverhome/Beaverfloor. It is almost 3 years later, and our organization is out over $17,000 which we couldn't afford to lose, plus we have no flooring. We are now selling our new headquarters operation in Tennessee.

Neal is a sweet talker, and I am much too forgiving. Through faults of both, our youth ministry headquarters is without 4000 feet of flooring, and no money to replace it.

We ordered the flooring in July of 2001, and made a deposit. By July of 2002, we had paid well over one-half of the flooring, but had received none. In October of 2002, Neal took it upon himself to use a checking account number from before to draft the final payment from our construction checking account. While I should have had him arrested for this unauthorized withdrawal, I allowed him to promise to repair the damage by providing additional decking material for our project. Needless to say, we are out flooring, decking material, and of course, money.

I have been calling and never reaching Neal. I finally gave up about a month ago. I tried to call today, and found that the numbers were disconnected. Through Internet search, I found that our ministry organization were not the only victims. This is unfortunate. I feel for all of you that have lost due to the poor ethics of this person and his employees.

I can at this time appeal for advise from others that have been defrauded. I note that some of you have received retribution. Please provide me information as to the process, and I'll make sure to follow up myself. It would be great if I could collect reimbursement for all the money we have spent on wood. While our non-profit doesn't have the money to replace what we've lost, nor the time to recover, it would be great to receive some reimbursement from this organization.

I can only reflect upon what the Bible says about reaping and sewing. It appears that Neal will reap great pain for causing such on so many good people. That would be God's justice. Yet, I pray for mercy for his behalf.

Again, if anyone can provide any advise, please contact me at greg@mtidaministries.org. Thanks.
