Complaint Review: Beck Public Relations

Going to keep this simple with my experience that I had with Beck PR. Overall, they are a terrible public relations firm to work with and they do not have the best interest for your company. They put on a front to get you to work with them telling you all the fluff you'd like to hear. Very unprofessional, staff is rude, and they don't hold up their end of the stick. When you ask them a question or show that you're concerned about their work ethic they don't respond to emails or go off on you. Think twice before hiring this firm there's not a single positive thing to say about them.
