Complaint Review: Becker's Tax Service LP

The Truth must be known.  I am tired of reading and hearing all of this nonsense posted about Joseph Becker and Becker's Tax Service and related companies.  Do this people have nothing better to do?   I have been a customer of Becker's Tax Service for over 15 Years.  I have been audited once and I was represented and I won.  Each year Joe sits with me and asks me a series of questions.  We fill out his form and from that he does my taxes.  Then we review my tax return and Joes sends me a copy via email to review and make any changes if needed. 

When I was audited Joe sat down with me and told me what records I needed to support my return.  According to Joe and based on my experience it was my responsibility to provide Becker's Tax Service what he needed for the audit.  I didn't even have to go to the audit.  We won.  No Change.  Throughout the year, if I have a question I just call them and they give me advise FOR FREE.  I will always use Becker's Tax Service and no matter what other people post I will not change my mind.

As to Randall Klein, he never was Joe's partner.  He was purchased Becker's Tax Service from Joe on July 1, 2007.  So from July 1, 2007 until April 1, 2008 it was Randall Klein Who owned Becker's Tax Service.  Joe calls him Randall the Scandal.  Primarily because, according to Joe, he was a liar and a fraud.  The man does not have an accounting degree.  He does not know QuickBooks, or how to complete a tax return.  April 1, 2008 Joe took Becker's Tax Service back from Randall due to non-payment.  Randall sued Joe claiming Fraud and Joe sued Randall.  In the end they both settled and walked away with what they had.  Randall got the millions of dollars he stole and Joe got back Becker's Tax Service.

I am not only a client of Becker's Tax Service, I and my family are friends of Joe's.  In 1993 (20 years ago), Joe made a pass at a girl on a date.  It led to a sexual assault charge.  Joe did make the pass, but was not convicted of a crime.  In Texas if you are charged with a sex offense, whether convicted or not convicted, you are a sex offender.  I have spoken with Joe about his mistake.  He is not proud of that one time instance and has learned from that one mistake.  Since that mistake Joe got married and has had 4 kids.  Nobody else has ever alleged or accused Joe again.

Joe has never been charged or convicted of fraud by anyone except Randall Klein.  Randall is that guy from above who defrauded Joe.

Joe does not prepare fraudulent Tax Returns.  He provides great service and is available through Skype or in person to service his clients.  In 2013 because of the still failing Economy they lowered their prices.

In closing, let me reiterate that I have used and will continue to use Becker's Tax Service for over 15 years and if you are not a client or you are an old client, I urge you to use them too.

For those of you that have come here from a link from my name in the search engines, you probably know by now that the information posted by Becker, above, is malicious and completely false.

The original posting, and all other "anonymous" postings about Becker were not made by me or anyone authorized by me. They are probably his former clients and/or employees, but I have no proof of who they are except that I can prove the messages were not posted by me.

It also appears that the information provided by the original poster is accurate information and available to the public.

The rebuttals by Becker are slanderous and false and he cannot prove a single claim.

Let the public record help you decide whom to trust. The internet is full of untruths and it is your responsibility as the reader to determine who is truthful, who tells partial truths, and who tells untruths.

This message is not posted to attack anyone, but rather to have readers understand that comments about me in a public forum that are false should not be tolerated or accepted. The sad fact that the operator of this blog does not take sides, clear the slanderous comments, or do anything to protect the otherwise innocent citizens does not help the situation.

Hello again everyone. I am Joseph C Becker. I am the Managing Partner of Becker's Tax Service, LP. I have to tell you I really hate that people can post things about you on the internet without confronting you face to face. I really wonder why my new founded admirers have nothing to do but spreads vicious halve truths and lies about me. My clients always call me and tell me the "newest things" that are being posted by my anonymous Mr. Randall Klein / Wealth Builder Tax / WBtax. So if you did not read my last three responses to his last three attacks that have been posted; here we go ago:

First of all, I have never been convicted of any felony in my entire life. Nor have I have ever been charged with Fraud. Since I have never been charged with fraud; I also have never been convicted of Fraud.

I have been sued many times over the 19 years I have been in business. If someone tries to cheat me, or provides inferior service, I don't pay. Most of the times I have been sued, I have a counter claim filed with the party suing me. Most of the time that I have been sued, I have won the case. None of the lawsuits I have ever been involved with have ever alleged fraud with the exception of the case filed by Mr. Randall Klein. Anyone who knows Randall Klein knows that his allegations are pure lies and the lawsuits I have against Randall Klein / Wealth builder Tax / WBtax are not only based on facts, but also based on contractual agreements that Randall Klein Broke. He breaks many contractual agreements, just ask anyone he has ever dealt with (I will not reduce myself to his level and list the many law suits filed against him or his companies).

Becker's Tax Service, LP is and always has been a Bookkeeping, Income Tax, and Financial Services Company since the inception of our business. We hire degreed experienced tax professionals from public accounting, from the IRS, and from industry to service our clients. We pride ourselves in knowing and understanding the tax law and what deductions are legal.

Over the years, some of our clients have been audited by the IRS. Until Randall Klein joined our firm and started handling the audits, Becker's Tax Service won the majority of all IRS audits for tax returns we prepared. Unfortunately, Randall Klein is not an accountant. Did not get an accounting degree and when he was negotiating with me to ultimately buy the practice he lied and conned me into believing that he had the knowledge, experience and background to prepare taxes and represent people before the IRS. It became and obvious lie and conned when people whose tax returns he prepared complained and he lost all the audits he represented our clients. At Becker's Tax Service we believe if our clients are audited and the deductions they took were legitimate deductions that our clients can substantiate; then we should fight the audit regardless of the amount assessed. I have seen Mr. Randall Klein tells many clients that since they only owed $2,000 (or less) they should just pay the IRS because it would cost more to fight. WE DONT BELIEVE THAT IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS. If you are a client of Becker's Tax Service for two or more years, not only will fight every audit you should be able to win.....we won't charge you for the representation.

This is Joseph Becker, again. Randall Klien, is at it again. If you look at other "rip-off reports that he has posted, you will see my response. For those of you who do not have the time nor the interest, let me refresh your memory. Randall Klien, AKA, Wealthbuilder's Tax, WBA Tax, and Randall the Scandal is the true con artist here. Klein became involved with Becker's Tax Service on July 1, 2007. When he had breached all his contracts with me, chased off all the clients he encountered, lost every audit he worked on, and stole all the money....he was locked out of Becker's Tax Servcie (March 31st 2008). The real problem is Klein is not an accountant, is not a CPA, and does not have any integrity what so ever. He stole the Becker's Tax Service client list, continues to mail and post lies and half truths on the internet and through the mail. He tries to hide behind anonymity, but we all know who he is. Is he afraid to tell everyone who he is when he spouts this garbarge? I am Joseph Becker and I am here to tell you Randall Klien is a thief and a conartist. He is not an accountant nor never has been a CPA. If you see him coming, hide your wallets and hold your purse.

Becker's Tax Service, LP is a bookkeeping and tax firm. We have always been a bookkeeping and tax frim since our inception. Although I passed the CPA exam in the 80's, Becker's Tax Service was never a CPA firm. In 1994 I was put on probation for my CPA license when I misinterpeted the desires of a 27 year old woman. In 2000 I forfitted my CPA license rather then continue to fight with the Texas State Board of Accountacy. Regardless, of whatever Klein says or posts I have never been charged or convicted of fraud. I AM NOT A CONVICTED felon nor am a liar, thief, or conartist. I like anyone else have some skeltons in my closet
that can be made to sound worse than what they really are.

There is one thing that Klein cannot do: He cannot take away the fact that here at Becker's Tax Service we actually care about our clients. That I work seven days a week from early until late at night trying to help our clients with all their Income Tax, Bookkeeping, IRS, and Financial Services needs. We have been in business here in Houston since 1993 and have over 50,000 clients in our data base. He cannot change the fact that you do not need to have a CPA license to understand accounting principles, the tax law, nor prepare taxes as long as you have the educational background, experience, and continue to study the tax law each year. I have been providing bookkeeping, income preparation, and financial services for nearly 30 years. I have a BBA in accounting, a MS in accounting, MS in Tax, and MBA in Finance. I passed the CPA exam, the CFE exam, and the enrolled agents exam. Regardless of what licenses i have or do not have....I am and will always be your "Taxman". However, Becker's Tax Service is not just me. We hire experienced degreed professionals. Some are licensed professionals from public accounitng, some come from the IRS, some come from industry, and of course some of our bookkeepers are experienced CPA's in the Philippines.

It is unfortunate that Klein is a liar, thief, and conartist. Apparently, he knows he will lose our battles in the court of law so he chooses to waste his efforts slandering me and chasing my clients. Anonymity does not hide who you are Randall, it just depicts who you really are.
