Complaint Review: Becky Acord

I have also contacted an attorney and just got off the phone with someone who also fell victime to Becky. Lets go. I cannot in good conscience let her take my mare back. I think she would sell her to auction. She actually yelled at a friend of mine and said she would take the mare back and chop her head off. I don't doubt she would. This woman horrifies and disgusts me. I would love to get a suit together. Lets do it.

Well, I bought the mare through a very good friend who knew these people. I gave her all his information and they have spoken. She also spoke to another family who showed this horse. Whay in she bashing me???? I told her what I found and what they all had found also and they told her the same. She is a nice horse! She was sent to me with a description, I found that to be true and I sold her the same way. With every living animal, not everyone gets along. This is a very nice mare which the kids around here rode quite a bit and all liked very much. The people who owned her previously who loved her even offered to buy her back and it was refused. She can't be that bad if they wanted to keep her with a great cash offer. I don't understand some people.

We all need to get together regarding Becky Accord.  Our Attorney has been sending her legal documents but she is not responding, COURT here we come.  Also; the Dept. of Agri. has been contacted and they have all our information.  She has ripped off way too many buyers and all these stories listed, well shall I say, "ditto" with our experience with her.  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, BUYERS PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME, wish we had.

By now she has received the l;etter from my attorney. Contact an attorney. Today the mare she sold me (as a champion and very calm) almost licked one of the stable hands in the head. She then ran out of her satll, around the barn, and finally back to her stall. I have told my stable that no one should be going near this horse except for the stable manager. The horse is dangerous. I can't wait to get Becky and her daughter in court. Maybe it isn't to late for the girl to realize how wrong this is.

becky acord Is a very dishonest person, She has lied to many people and sells horses That Arent Claim to what they are. Becky and Her Daughter Drug the horses and makes up stories about them to get them sold. She holds papers and coggins,also gives out fake coggins and papers. 
Went to becky back in 2010 Thought We could Trust her always saw her at the shows with her daughter Showing They Always had nice show horses thought i could go to her. So I contacted her and made a time to come up and look at the horses. should of done research on the horses before going up and looking at the horses. 

When I showed at the farm there were a good 35 horses,minis,ponies on a less than 10 acre farm. There was not enough room for all her horses There Was only one shed for one pasture of horses. Too many horses in one pasture. We caught becky in a few lies while trying horses out we then settle for one We Thought was Trained Well we went up looking for a jumper later found out the horse i got was a VERY GREEN broke horse that was western she druged the horse. I was suppose to an EVEN TRADE with Becky Acord She said she would she set up a time to come look at my horse she liked him but tryed scaming me for money saying i needed to give her my horse plus money so we did. Two days after getting the horse we got from becky to my stable. He Was very green very spooky was not trained to jump. We had a week to decide if we wanted to keep the horse We called her back She said She took my horse i gave her sold it in an auction and its in Wisconsin. We Were very upset we called the stated police and few other people no one ever got in touch with us she didnt even have the papers.

 On a thursday  I got an email from the people who had my horse they said they bought him from an auction in Pa and hes now in maryland. We Told him he was stolen in a sale and they wanted us to give up his papers We Refused to give up the papers. She tricked us into signing our horses papers that we were going to be kicked out of AQHA if we didnt sign the papers later found out that was a lie. She then gave us the Green horse's papers to us. We told her she needed to find us a better suited horse. She Couldnt So we kept the green horse that we had I later took him to a show thought he would be okay becuase she did tell us he has been shown and taylor showed him.

Went to the show talked to Mount holyoke They said he was never shown there, the horse Was spooky almost Ran Me over and the Trailer guy over. took him into the warm up ring to calm him down warmed him up rode him for good 40 mins to calm him down thought he was okay so we went in a hunter type class with good amount of people. We troted both ways canter to the right When went to canter to the left The green horse grabed the Bit Jumped up in the air like a bronc Would stop bucking spooking Made Two other Girls fall off I was then draged then thrown against the wall I was then knocked out and could not move my helment was scraped my neck was strained could not turn it my back was badly injured covered in bruised Emotionally Hurt still. Have all of this on video tape tryed showing becky and she laughed saying hes young and Dont Know Why he did that becuase taylor never had a problem with him. We then told becky the horse is unsafe she needed to take him back she thought it would be good for a trail horse instead.

month passed becky found a few horses For me to look at When we Got there She had english horses for me to look at becuase i was so Hurt. i have been scared sence to ride english. With some help i have over come some of my fears but this still haunts me. We went to beckys farm once again saw a few Horses we thought were nice. i settle with a reg aqha mare Rode nice At the farm. She us we had to pay more money to get this horse. I then Had to sell my other horse that was our family member It was very sad to sell him but we thought This horse was trained better than any of my horses. Becky then delievered the horse to my stable and took the green horse.
Few days went by the horse came to its sences she was very head shy could not pick up her hind legs found out she had a nervous hind end problem. was kinda spooky not trained as we thought refuse to eat food from us. wouldnt let us in the stall and would nip and strike at us.

months went by With LOTS of TLC and training the horse Turned out to be a very sweet kids horse she loves treats and having her face brushed. you can bounce a yoga ball over her back under her tummy play soccer and put tarps on her also can now ride her in a halter or just a neck rope Got her in April its not oct. I now have nerve damage in my legs and nightmares due to this horrible accident becky has caused me. I have to take The winter off From riding due to emotional stress and physical strain this has done. this has hurt my family and I so much.
Becky acord needs to stop her lieing and dishonest to horse world. she scams everyone inculding horseshows. how Can her daughter go to quarter congress when her mother is lieing to everyone
Who knows her daughters horse could be drugged i have met many people saying taylor goes in the barn and druged the horses.
How Can You make a 12 year old do somthing that horrible and live with the fact your teaching your daughter to be a liar. ive lost over 10,000$ in this crap.
