I was to receive my 6 month raise when I told the company that I was leaving. I worked 2 to 3 weeks after that and they refused to give me the raise. Also didn't get all of my vacation that I had left payed. They said that I told them that I was quitting at six months and I didn't deserve the increase.

Even though I didn't miss any days and never late, I did deserve the increase and I didn't get all the vacation I earned paid for.

I don't know of any employer that garauntees a six month raise. A raise is almost always something you have to earn. And whether you earn it or not is up to the employer, not you.

I've never met met anybody that got a raise after they gave notice, unless it was a counter offer. Sounds like your employer wasn't interested.

As far as vacation and sick time, there is no law that says they have to give it to you when you quit. Some employers do, many don't. Next time take your vacation, then give your notice.
